About Us
Mounted Club
The Mounted Club was established in 2015 with the goal of bringing the Mounted Unit personnel closer together and possibly to have merchandise to help fund some outings.
In only 5 short years, we have been able to provide our headquarters with a beverage vending machine and a snack machine, as well as cable/Wi-Fi, and our training section was also able to get a beverage vending machine. We have made donations to LOD families and provided welcome gifts to our mounted officers' new bundles of joy. We are now able to provide lunch for all of our barns during our semi-annual deep, floor to rafters Barn Cleaning Day.
Through the support of our member purchases, the Club has been able to host annual Halloween and holiday parties, Family Day, annual cigar nights, 'A Day at the Races' event at Belmont Raceway, and attend MLB, NFL, and now--NHL games. In the future, we hope to add new events to our annual calendar.
Our merchandise started with one adult tee shirt design. Today, we are proud to offer apparel for newborn through adult tees, hoodies, ballcaps, challenge coins, mugs, stickers, magnets, bags and more!
Today we are excited to jump into the new adventure of online availability! With the convenience of online shopping, we hope that we can reach even more people and allow them the opportunity to help support our Club and our mission!
A Note From The MU Club
The Mounted Club is up and running!
We started off the year with our first ever PBR event at MSG with an amazing turn-out. June brought us all together for our annal DAY AT THE RACES event at Belmont. It's always great to see so many our retired members! We went to a Yankee game, secured tickets for our first annual Islanders game at UBS, and we can't wait for our spectacular Halloween-themed Family Day in October!
The Club has a lot of events in the works and are very happy things are moving forward in a safe and healthy direction.
As always, we are just as good as our members. (So pretty awesome!!) Thank you for all your support!
